Who I am

Heartwood is a tree service SEO and marketing service, run as Heartwood SEO, operated by Aleks Jakobsons. You can reach me at hello@heartwoodseo.com.

What the check-up form collects

Your name, company name, website, main town or service area, email address, and how you found Heartwood. I ask for these so I can prepare your free website check-up and reply to you.

How I use it

Only to review your website, prepare your check-up, and email you about it. I don't sell your data and I don't share it for advertising.

Who handles it

When you submit the form, an email service called Resend sends the details to my inbox. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data (like your IP address) to deliver pages and keep the site secure.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies at the moment. If I add them, I'll update this page and say what they do.

How long I keep it

I keep your details for as long as I need to reply and run your check-up, and for ordinary business records after that. If you ask me to delete them, I will.

Your choices

Email hello@heartwoodseo.com to see, correct or delete the details you sent me.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above will change too. Back to the homepage or request a free check-up.
